Grand Cru Guayas 70% Grué de Cacao Bio

70% chocolate from the Guayas region of Ecuador with pieces of roasted cocoa beans from the famous Los Ancones plantation in the Dominican Republic promises intense enjoyment of a strong, bitter chocolate taste, revived by crunching with each bite. Chocolate is in organic quality.

Michel Cluizel comes up with a new edition in 2021, in which he highlights the taste of dark chocolates by increasing the cocoa bean content to at least 70%. Dairy products now contain at least 47% cocoa beans. When making chocolates, he cares about every step of making chocolate.
