Like its creator, these 4 squares of dark chocolate are rooted in the traditions of Liège: good coffee and a concentrated syrup of apples and pears. A glowing tribute to be shared right away!
Chocolate (45%): cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa: 60% min.
Filling (55%): sugar, vegetable fat (shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower oil), whole milk powder, cocoa butter, glucose syrup, bulking agent: polydextrose, cocoa paste, invert sugar syrup, natural coffee flavouring 1.8%, apple and pear syrup 1.4%, coffee extract 1.2%, anti-caking agent: isomalt, dextrin, inulin, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring.
