Description

One of the most famous varieties of the world in an elegant packaging by Francois Pralus. The Chuao plantation in Venezuela has very little production, but the beans grown here are among the producers of delectable chocolate literally selling. This 75% chocolate is exceptionally rich and interesting in taste, with a beautiful balance between bitter earthy tones and acidic fruity tones. Chocolate has a long aftertaste.

Manufacturer description: To the west of Caracas in Venezuela lies a mystical village. You can only get there by boat. The village of Chuao is surrounded by tropical rainforest from the north and the Caribbean Sea from the south. For generations, the cocoa grown here has been appreciated for its extraordinary qualities. The unique combination of soil and microclimate, ancient know-how, and traditional drying methods make this Criollo cocoa the world's most sought after cocoa. Low production makes this cocoa rare and we are proud to offer it. This chocolate has a long reverberation on the palate, a finely balanced bitterness with acidity and earthy taste tones.

Ingredients: 75% cocoa, sugar, pure cocoa butter, soya lecithin (GMO free - no genetically modified organisms). May contain traces of nuts and milk.

Exceptional quality of ingredients: Francois Pralus likes traveling and personally chooses cocoa beans from growers. For the production of chocolate uses only pure cocoa butter without any admixtures of vegetable fats, and cane sugar instead of beet sugar. It never uses vanilla, vanillin, or artificial flavorings. All products are 100% free from genetically modified organisms.
