Tea rooibos contains a great number of trace elements and minerals - iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, manganese, potassium, calcium, fluorine, molybdenum and others. Rooibos also contains substances of a special chemical nature, aspalathin, a large number of flavonoids, organic acids, vitamin C.
Rooibos does not contain caffeine or its derivatives, therefore it is also suitable for children, pregnant and nursing women.
