Russian Tea Blend

This tea blend is perfect for a classic Russian tea. For this purpose, the tea is boiled heavily, so a large amount of tea leaves are infused with a little water and so creates a tea concentrate. This is kept at a samovar in the small jug sitting on the lid. You pour some tea concentrate into the cup again and then mix this with the hot water from the samovar. Ideal for tea enjoyment with many people. But the tea also tastes very well, if it is traditionally infused - enjoy it pure or typical with some jam.

In Russia, first a small spoon of red currant jam is taken in the mouth and then some of the smoky tea. The sweet and sour taste of the jam harmonizes perfectly with the unsweetened tea. Just try it at home and enjoy a cozy afternoon of tea.

Recommended instructions for preparation: To prepare 1 liter of tea, use 15-18 g of tea, which we pour water at a temperature of 100 ° C. We infuse for 3-5 minutes.
