You can return unused items to us within 14 days without any worries. Simply click on the “Contract Withdrawal, Complaints” link in your account and fill out the request form of your choice. After submitting the request, you’ll need to send the package to our address.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We do not offer direct item-for-item exchanges. The quickest way is to return the unsuitable item (we'll refund your money) and place a new order right away. 

We are very sorry if something isn't working. The process is similar to returning merchandise. In your account, click on the “Complaints,returns,exchanges” link and select the option that best addresses your issue. The process for submitting a request is very intuitive and simple.

We'll refund the money to your account as soon as the merchandise arrives and we've inspected it—but no later than 14 days. In most cases, however, we're able to process it much faster.
