You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, with the exception of the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
When exercising this right of withdrawal, you must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use this model withdrawal form for this purpose. The withdrawal period is met if you send a notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
After withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments that you have made in connection with the conclusion of the contract, in particular the purchase price including the price for delivering the goods to you.
This is for additional costs if you have chosen a different type of delivery than the same delivery method that we offer.
Payments will be refunded to you without further delay, within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract. Their payment will be made in the same way as the used product is used for payment. This does not affect the customer's right to ensure that the same payment is made, if no additional fees are charged to the buyer in connection with this. Payment for the purchased goods will be refunded to you only after the returned goods have been delivered back to our address or after submission of a document proving the sending of the goods, whichever is earlier.
