Made bean-to-bar in Ghana with freshly harvested FAIRTRADE cocoa to create great flavor and benefit to local communities. The Creamy Cashew Milk Chocolate is a Great Taste Award winner.
Roasted cashews are ground into dark chocolate to create a creamy texture and an infusion of nutty notes nested in the earthy flavor of pure roasted cocoa.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, cashews 12%, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), salt <1%. Minimum cocoa solids: 55%. May contain traces of tree nuts and milk.
Through the 1 FOR CHANGE program, MIA donates 1% of all MIA chocolate sales to development projects in Africa to help protect local endangered species, create a healthier environment or improve the living and social conditions of the community.
