We work with reputable carriers such as Packeta, DPD, and DHL. Items we have in stock are usually delivered to you within 48 hours; if an item is out of stock, delivery within Slovakia takes 5–7 business days. 

Yes, we typically ship packages throughout the EU. You’ll see the exact shipping cost to your country right in your cart. Delivery times are listed in the description when you select a shipping carrier.

As soon as we hand the package over to the courier, we'll send you an email with a link to track your shipment. That way, you'll always be able to keep an eye on your package.

If the box is visibly damaged, do not accept the package from the courier and file a damage report with them. If you discover the damage only after opening the package, take photos right away and send them toadmin@caj-kava-cokolada.sk and we will resolve the issue immediately.
