Some 100 km south of the South Korean mainland lies the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the island Jeju-Island. The island is made of volcanic rock and is therefore perfect for growing tea. In terms of taste, the teas of this islandare in no way inferior to the Japanese qualities. A delightful tea with a yellow-green infusion and a mild taste with a slightly sweet finish.
Ingredients: green tea, controlled organic cultivation
Recommended preparation instructions: To prepare 1 liter of tea, we use 12-15g of tea, which we cover with water at a temperature of 70-80°C. We steep for 1-2 minutes. This tea is more like an infusion. We recommend letting each subsequent infusion steep for approximately 1-2 minutes longer.
